The underworld is the shamanic concept of travelling into the subconscious realms to create lasting changes. 

This circle is a container for a tobacco ceremony for a grounding experience followed by a drum journey to venture into the chambers of the subconscious where we can re-write our beliefs and sacred contracts and meet to dialogue with our Spirit Guides. 

Jambo is a multi-disciplinary practitioner with special interests in mind-body medicine. With a degree in Complementary Medicine with 20 years of experience working with various shamanic communities.

He brings his teachings to the urban playground in a digestible and humours way.

Saturday 19- 02 at 10:30 CET / 17:30 HKT join Yan and Beatrice for 90 minutes of mindful movement and Yoga Nidra, to celebrate the Equinox , and a time of renewal.

 

The practice will be 60 mins and it’s FORREST YOGA INSPIRED.

 

During the 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra , Yan and Beatrice will channel Reiki energy to enhance the healing and relaxation quality of this practice.

 

The event will run Online on Zoom and it will be in English

Join Beatrice Petrini and Sean Kelly on a journey with the Runes!

Rune Magick is a 28 days container where we will study the Runes, we open up to the message they carry , through meditation and community.

Journeying and practicing  with the Runes is a deeply transformative process. 

These ancient symbols carry powerful meanings and messages.

The Runes can be a map to our mind, they will support us in deepening the understanding of our psyche. 

Runes connect us to archetypes, and are a great ally on our healing journey!

 

The program starts with an opening ceremony where

•  we share an introduction to the Norse Pantheon

•  we present the first Aettir , set of 8 Runes governed by a specific Deity

•  we  present the first Rune 

 

Everything  runs through a Facebook Group where we will share video material, and  all participants can interact and share their experiences.

 

There will be 3 live events on zoom, each one will be 1 hour long:

1. Opening Ceremony 

2 . Q&A / Open discussion toward the middle of the training.

3. Closing ceremony.

The live sessions will be recorded, and all participants can have access to the recordings for the whole duration of the course.

 

At the start of the program we will share 2 guided meditations, one 28 mins long  and another one 9 minutes long , that you can apply to every Rune .

 

Every day we will post on the Facebook group the “Rune” of the day with some info, facts , and what we grasped through our own process .

 

In this module we will also share how you can use Runes as amulets and how you can integrate them into your healing journey.

 

The Runes are 24, so we will leave  the last 4 days open for discussions, questions and insights you may want to share with the group!
